In July 2025, Zhaleh returns as fan-favorite 'Veronica' in her third year on Amazon Prime Video’s The Chosen, while simultaneously making her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut as 'Sheila Zarate' opposite Anthony Ramos in Marvel Studios’ Ironheart. She wraps filming her fourth season of The Chosen, slated to air in 2027. On the independent film side, Zhaleh stars as 'Samantha', the love interest of Will Yun Lee, in California Scenario—a 2026 festival-bound indie from showrunner Dara Resnik (Home Before Dark, Daredevil). Previous credits include FX’s Mayans M.C., AMC’s Better Call Saul, HBO’s The Rehearsal, Netflix’s Cobra Kai, NBC’s Chicago Med, and Hulu’s The Dropout. Zhaleh also played Avery, a Series Regular on award-winning Google Spotlight's Into the Blind, and Samantha, a Series Regular on Whistle Sports Network's Gym Gentlemen. Trained in stunts and combat, she brings physical credibility to action roles. Known for her ability to disappear into roles, Zhaleh has been called a chameleon by fans—offering a range that’s rare among traditionally cast leading women. At nineteen, she left home to pursue both law and acting—earning her J.D. magna cum laude while training professionally in Los Angeles. A multiracial mix of cultures, she brings a sharp, multicultural perspective to every project. She recently launched her production company, Zesty Pictures, and is executive producing and starring in a spy thriller series and a Persian biopic.
